The Economics of Marine Resources
How best are marine natural resources to be protected, preserved, or developed? What policy reforms at the Federal level could protect marine ecosystems, enhance fisheries, and allow other uses like recreation and resource extraction?
The presentations below provide an overview of the proposed Stoa marine natural resources debate resolution. I draw from notes from when ocean resources was the 2003-04 national high school debate topic.
