Entrepreneurship, Enterprises and the Environment

This is part two of a draft presentation for students considering the marine natural resources debate resolution.  I discuss fisheries, technology, and property rights.  Near the beginning, discussing substitutes, I mean to say that for those proposing limiting ocean fishing, fish farming is a substitute source until ocean fisheries recover.

This presentation is adapted from one I have given to students many times over the years.
